I was taught chess when i was 4 years old by my grandfather. He never let me win a game and by 7 i was around 800-1000 elo playing against him only with no studying just asking him questions. by 11 I was ok around 1000 elo maybe a bit more i beat many adults in casual games but never played competitively and only read Bobby Fischer teaches chess. Casually played friends the next 20 years just turned 30 and am ready to grind and improve my rating. Im pretty bad but getting better daily and coached by Praveen Sagar currently working on a daily curriculum to keep improving.
