Hi there! I am a 22 year old York University Student and aspiring Chess Coach looking to make my mark in the chess world and share my knowledge. I am self-taught and began learning chess at the age of 17, just before the pandemic in 2020 and managed to reach 2000 rating online in under 8 months and 2400 in 2 years.

After the pandemic, my main focus has turned to over the board where I have just begun my journey and am currently ~1800 FIDE (International Rating) and CFC (National Rating) for classical and ~2000 Rapid CFC, along with over $1000 of earnings despite minimal OTB opportunities.

As someone who had to learn the game and teach themselves all alone, chess can be hard and it's good to have someone to walk you through your progression. That said, I believe I am the suitable candidate to help all learners (most especially the highly motivated ones or adult learners who started chess late) and can help jump start their chess progression and enlighten them on how to improve their chess play and rating swiftly and avoid the most common chess hurdles/pitfalls.
