Temporarily retired from tournament chess while raising my children, but someday I may return... Reached USCF Class A before I stopped in 2001. In the meantime, I really enjoy Chess.com and play when I can.

Favorite players from the past: Bobby Fischer and Alexei Shirov. I love their fighting spirit and sharp games!

Favorite current players: Hikaru Nakamura and Magnus Carlsen. Hikaru for having the courage to play interesting chess and take risks. Magnus for playing on in almost any position, instead of agreeing to safe quick draws.
