A fairly poor player, but I'm trying to be better. I've fallen in love with Chess.com, and highly recommend Chess Mentor if you've not tried it.
I do NOT play 3 days/move games, and I don't start a game if I've only got 20 minutes before I have to log off. If I have to leave an active game I leave a courtesy note. If my position is hopeless I resign rather than make someone wait 24 hours for my final move.
I prefer players who live by the same rules.
I don't use any software, but I sometimes set up a physical board to play through sequences on. If you consider this cheating then don't play me.
