CCC23 Bullet
CCC23 Bullet will mark the final event in the CCC23 series. Fans are expecting Stockfish to once again secure a sweeping victory in the head-to-head events to take yet another tournament victory. Due to the bullet conditions, the race for 2nd and 3rd place is more hotly contested than it has been in well over a year. Torch, Leela, Berserk, Obsidian, and possibly even Dragon all have realistic prospects. The fight to make it to the Semifinals will also be closer than ever, with old guard engines like Rubi and Ethereal struggling to maintain their positions against the new engines on the block, like Obsidian, Integral, and PlentyChess.
Three engines which have never before competed in the CCC tournaments will be competing in this event. They are: Clarity, by Joseph Pasfield; Integral by Aron Petkovski, and Renegade by Krisztián Peőcz. Also rejoining, is PlentyChess by Patrick Leonhardt. These four engines are much stronger than the typical new addition to CCC.
