Road to 2500 - Day 9 - Victory against Grandmaster Evgeny Sharapov

Yesterday I solved many puzzles 

from the  Woodpecker method book.

The tourney was cancelled after the 1st game and started again in 20 minutes:

After the calculation training I played in the Titled Tuesday Tourney with many higher rated players. I got many good positions which I missed in the time trouble, but still I gained 9 rating points and played intresting games.

I created exercises from the games:

I was able to win against the Ukrainen Grandmaster  Evgeny Sharapov. I played the Dragon sicilian and got a small edge out of the opening. In the endgame he missed a good defensive move which gave me a winning edge:

So yesterday I won 9 points.
