I'm tilt prone again, recovery phase has ended, Now I need to cross the gap of 1400-1600

I'm tilting again, dropped to 1370, took a break bcuz of too much homework, idk what to do now

Goal: Reach 1600+ : Done on secret account, increasing ELO on main account.
