Team Match Guidelines

These Team Match Guidelines are to help fellow Optimum Admins proceed correctly with Team Matches.

The Optimum's Team Matches should contain no more than 15 team matches at a time. Also, the only people responsible for sending out team matches is myself and CalbaMan.
If we are sent a team match challenge, please only accept it IF the days per/move is at least 2 or 3 days per/move.

Please only lock AFTER checking if every player with the Player's Rating Difference. (also known as the PRD)
The PRD is a system of checking each player's difference with the player's opponent.
If the PRD's number you have taken has The Optimum's player higher than the opposing team, then you place a + next to it.
If the PRD's number you have taken has the opposing team's player higher than The Optimum, then you place a - next to it.

For the first player, Talo56 and Longtail's PRD is +33

For the second player, rolevr and knightsolo's PRD is +30

For the third player, saintstephen11 and 3guest5's PRD is -75

You get it now?

You should make an estimate on the team match you will lock, and if a pairing gets a difference under 75 (-75) then you should wait for that pairing. But, if the rest of the pairings look great, then you can ignore this rule.

BE AWARE on when you lock a team match, as the opposing side could gain members and the pairings could be badly uneven.
