I would like to present the goals of our team, which we can modify as per the tastes of everyone of us.

1. To know the methods on applying the theoretical knowledge in our games.

2. We shall first start with developing the opening repertoire(which we generally played all these years) for each one of us and continue to move on creating the middle game repertoire.

3. Creating an ideal position for openings which we play most of the time ( ie An opening will consist of around 3 best variations in each position, whatever variation our opponent plays we should strive to get our pre-fixed ideal position on move 10-15 and then move on to play the middlegame). The advantage of this method is to get a familiar position in the materially equal game which gives a psycological advantage to us.

4. In the middlegame, our first plan should be to create a static advantage which lasts longer. Therefore we should know what are the different strategic concepts that can be used from our ideal position and to know the methods of creating a static advantage from any position.
