GAMES: My moves against Ruy Lopez (Schliemann Defense)

My ussual defense for Ruy Lopez is Schliemann, it is a very sharp line in which Black attempts to open the f-file for the attack, frequently sacrificing a pawn or two. This was my recent game in FICS a blitz game of 2.12. I was not able to review all the possible right moves in this game but I feel it is exciting to share some tactical chess games. In this game my opponent seems to get an errors in our middle game and resign in the end.

 

 

 

Those pins are powerful--many times I forgot about them--I lost 2 recent games as a result.

That was cunning for Black. But remember that the game was a blitz so the time pressure must have contributed significantly to the demise of DragonBlue.
