So we post are favorite or most interesting games? Here is a game that I liked. Note that both players are beginners and that I messed up the Ponziani in the opening. However, I was able to create a powerful and risky attack, where I sacrificed many pieces for positional gain. My opponent did a hell of a job defending and was able to stop me from checkmating him. However, after the dust cleared, I had a huge advantage in the endgame. Rather than watch himself lose, he resigned.

Wow! this game was great, sacrifice two minor pieces, to gain pawn position and win the end game. Very nice! I've never seen this varation in the books. Thanks for sharing it with us. I think the combination is worth to study...
Um, the only knowledge I have on the Ponziani is the two videos on youtube. I treated his d6 move like I would d5. I see now that I probably should have pushed the pawn. So it is not a variation, it is just me being dumb. Fortunately, I realized that I better start playing better if I want to win with such a positional disadvantage, and that lead to one of the most exciting attacks I have ever executed.
We've seen a lot of games post here in chess.com, and we would like collect all your favorite games, the plan is to have a page were you can find some good stuff or tactical games, like in this forum. This would help our group to see old post games but still good to know, and even the new post games you can repost here.
