A month ago I reported a bug in that my 2 games against gnjecc didn't show the pieces on my iphone, so I couldn't play whilst away from my desktop.
I haven't heard back from you about that problem, but the same is happening again with my competitor Trans21Hook. Hence I'm reporting this again, but as a message, hoping you can let me know what is happening about this problem.
The game plays perfectly on my desktop and on my iphone the pieces are perfectly visible in the small image of the board when part of the list of games. But, when opening up the game to play a move all the pieces disappear, leaving only highlighted squares showing where the last move was made. The attached images show you what I mean.
I am soon to be going away for a few days and would hate to let my team down by timing out because I couldn't play moves from my phone whilst away. Nor would it be right if I was to get a negative record as somebody who times out through no fault of my own.
If it is of any significance, both these 2 anomalies occurred in competitions organised by the same club Let's Castle, although I don't expect it to be relevant as other matches organised by Let's Castle have worked perfectly.
I would be grateful if you could let me know why this is happening and if you can fix it for me.
