Through Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime... I focus on tournament preparation up to the Master Level. My students say that I help them in many areas of their life such as applying what they learn in the classroom, courtroom or business boardroom. We study the games of the world's best (sometimes speaking in French). Based in Perth, I have dual citizenship with France and the USA. Born in Bronxville, I grew up just outside NYC (where I most recently lived.)

As for background, when I was 8, I fell in love with chess, running and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For the next 10 years on the Harvard Club NYC Chess Team, I began learning both chess and life skills under master of chess, the late Fairfield Hoban.

At 12, my small team achieved 3rd Place in the Championship Section of the US National Elementary Chess Championships. I became a US Chess Federation Certified Coach at 15, and coached the "next generation" of students to the National Championships.

While writing on the life applications of the game, I began teaching chess at universities such as the University of Colorado at Boulder (while I obtained a B.A. in Psychology) and the State University of New York at Purchase College. Currently I’m a college lecturer and course developer in Community Services at Stanley College in West Perth. https://www.linkedin.com/in/christian-fuller-10033

With my students, I teach how to think and play like a grandmaster and improve skills such as problem solving, abstract thinking, concentration and memory enhancement. Playing my students, I regularly host simultaneous exhibitions (some blindfolded.)

Currently, I am writing a book on Fairfield's life and contributions to the game, and teaching online classes through the Bronxville Adult School (please find below link for catalog and registration.)
