I'm a retired Spanish<>English court interpreter living in Oak Bluffs, Massachussetts, USA, with my (one) wife and our two cats and one dog. Oak Bluffs is located on Martha's Vineyard, an island south of Cape Cod.

I used to play chess -- though I was never anything special -- and then put it on pause for 30+ years. My interest was reawakened (thanks to Netflix' Queen's Gambit) and I am greatly enjoying this most marvelous of games.
