Chess Up 2 board I coming out!

Yes - please give us a day or 2 with customer support. BFCM produced a 500+ ticket (customer service ticket) backlog for us. Veronica is getting through a lot and also our founders are helping too - should be caught up to 24 hours within a day or two.
Rest assured - if you are wondering where your order is - it is soon to be packed. Warehouse is also catching up and will be caught up next week.

Mine is currently on its way....in Aroura CO...should be there 10/13.

Mine won't be here till about the week after next. I don't know how they filled these but I think I might have gotten lost in the shuffle since as of yesterday you could have ordered one from the website and the promise date was 12/7 to 12/11. My label will not be going on the package till early next week. Then pick up another day or two then the long haul UPS Ground from Nevada which is another four to five days not counting the weekend and the Holiday Rush. I am guessing maybe the 19th or the 20th.

I did get a response, and I am happy I emailed them. They did ask for my address a long time ago, which made me think it was all good.

My board is in the state.

I know where the UPS facility is in Jacksonville, I could drive there in about 1hr 45min.

Unfortunately, they drive past my house to bring it to Orlando, then to Longwood, then out for delivery tomorrow.

When I ordered, the "promissed" delivery date was December 4th - December 10th ( which is today), so far not even an email that would tell me that it has been shipped.... I understand that they probably sold more than they can handle, but since it is already about a month past they original release date... IMHO they couldn't afford to take this weekend off, at least they maybe would have caught up with the shipping labels...

I waited so long for this, will survive a little longer. Just a little disappointing

I feel your disappointment Jolanda. I ordered all the way back in April and I am still waiting for a shipping label. Feels unfair as I was planning on showing it to my students before they leave for Christmas Break. but I gusss I will just keep waiting.

I finally got a shipping label printed. Now my guess is that it will be updated in 2 days with a shipping date of sometime late next week if it is coming from LAS Vegas as many are. That is all dependent on the weather. So maybe delivery betwixt the 16th to the 20th. Not bad since that is only 1 month from the original date and for Kickstarter that is like a win.
