I got the Pegasus late last night and set it up this morning. I did the calibration first, as recommended by DGT. I then used my iPhone to download the DGT app and linked it to my Lichess account. Hopefully the Chess.com update comes soon.
I played two games on Lichess and it worked well. The system paired with my Pegasus quickly and I got a game within seconds. The game went very smooth (although I lost. lol) I then played another game (and won) and, again, it went very smooth. The only thing that kind of bothered me was that when I won (he resigned) all I head was a small beep and then the game just stopped. No indication that I could see that he resigned. At first I thought it was a glitch but then realized what happened. I like the way the SOP shows a win better.
I like that it is easily transportable, even with all the pieces set up on it. The size doesn't bother me, per se, but I do like the bigger pieces/weight on my SOP better. I prefer the lighted circles better than the two led lights per square on the SOP. I also REALLY like that it easier to turn the board around if necessary to play the opposite color. I have a table set up for my SOP so I just have to switch seats. The Pegasus, in this regard, is much better.
The Pegasus charged quickly, and the battery indicator is better than on the SOP. But, after the first game it was already down to 71%. Not sure why that is. I will have to keep my eye on that.
In the end I like them both and will keep them both.
Good catch AE. I just updated it here and in in user group
per a comment from chessup here the king height is 2.83
