@HHD3 - in iOS, after you cvonnect the board, go into settings (gear, top right corner), scroll down to "Board Settings" (below "Digital Board Settings") and you will see sliders for LED intensity and LED speed.

A soon as you connect board to your Android there is setings and there is possibility to set brightness and frequency of the shining light - use DGT app, and then the same settings are valid for other application (WhitePawn ect...)

As for the battery drain- I mean while playing. As I wrote above I had some issues regarding missing pieces, that is why I restarted my board (calibrate) couple of times. I notice that it was very power consumption activities (DGT app indications)
There was following information about DGT app battery indicator ~month ago:
The battery display within the DGT App is not correct.
Chess.com-App and WhitePawn-App shows the correct status. DGT is working on it.
And about DGT app itself, ~week ago:
DGT is now developing a new app in-house. A third-party company was commissioned for the current app and the result was, unfortunately, to say the least, quite unsatisfactory. There will be an update for this app.
DGT is now taking matters into its own hands and has arranged a great team for it.

The driver is already included in the LucasChess download. Instructions related to how to use my driver with it are online here:

Auch ich habe ein Akku-Problem: mit 100% ausgeschalten, nach 5 Tagen beim Einschalten nur noch 30%. Laut DGT wird daran gearbeitet, es sei nicht klar ob es ein Problem mit der DGT-App oder dem Board ist.

I am so happy to hear this! The DGT app is poorly executed to say the least!
If any of you are on the fence about WhitePawn, try it! It is exceptional!
About “White Pawn”, it's worth it because of following users feedback:
DGT Pegasus goes much faster with White Pawn's app than actual DGT app or even than chess.com app.
White Pawn runs lightning fast on my iOs phone. It puts the DGT app to shame.
Any news on when chess.com will be supported for Pegasus?

Working both sides via email...getting vague responses but escalating. Will advise soonest on club board 
I predict that chess.com will not spend time and money to insure a reliable auto sensory board connection. The percentage of the players with such devices will not justify the expense. I do hope I am wrong, but if I were betting it would not be for a great experience with boards.
@Ekrabin - the sad part of your prediction (which may be 100% correct I fear) is that they do not need to spend much at all.
The biggest problem the board manufacturers have, if I understand correctly, is chess.com and the will not open the API for integration.
The fact that Lichess has an open API and all the boards pretty much work with that site tells you the board manufacturers are doing the work. I seriously doubt Thibault spent a lot of time doing anything for it since he does not make money off it.
One of the reasons may very well be that if people use the boards to play then they do not see ads so no impressions while the non-paying members play games.
Rsava your points are important. It would not take a lot for the Powers that Be to get a clean reliable autosensory board connection. I hope it happens.
My Pegasus is basically unusable. I only have iOS. It used to work kinda.....
It is hard to work out when it is charged or not charged, and it will not work with a charging cable attached. But has been on charge for 2 days so must be charged.
It would not connect etc so I have done at least 2 factory hard resets. Not renamed the unit. My iPhone sees the Pegasus board.
Then it will not play but if you go to PLATFORM and toggle in and out of Lichess then it will create a game. I chose computer to keep it easy.
All that happens then is EVERY time is it say "Board is invalid please fix your pieces". But whatever you do makes no difference. And yes pieces are correct and board the right way around etc etc
And then finally the “Connected” flasher at the top flashes constantly all the time in the iPhone screen. All.The.Time.
So I managed to get 1 computer game to work but you have to look away from the screen as the “Connected” warning flashes all the time.
Surely I have a faulty board??
It is totally useless apart from when switched off.....then it works as a chess board!
Are you still entitled to send the board back for a full refund?
