2000 looking to coach beginners for free

There is a difference between a coach and a sparring partner. Could you be a good sparring partner for a 600? Sure. But a 1100 coaching? That's not good at all. I myself don't feel qualified which is why I make sure the rating gap is really big. Also you're not beating them 100 times out of 100. You lost to a 565 2 days ago

I’ll beat anyone 300 and under 1000 times out of a thousand. 600s I have a theoretical 97% probability. They don’t think about castling even I mean y’all are delusional

More people should do free coaching it’s chill you get to play lower rated and not think super hard. Everyone can teach someone something and a 6 year old can teach a 5 year old how the pieces move. (Wait you have to be at least 2000 to teach someone how the pieces move I forgot) Anyways- Everyone has a different level for ppl they wanna coach. Some people want more of a challenge and go to about 300 points lower. I like 600 points at least difference bc at this level I have something to say almost every move or every couple moves. I don’t do ppl just starting out bc there’s no point they are already at maximum capacity just by playing they’ll just get burnt out probably. It’s like if you just started lifting you don’t need a personal trainer to just whip you. A month of playing is usually good. I’ll help ppl lower than 400 rated too but it’s not quite as fun for me to explain the really basic things like counting and how much the pieces are worth and stuff. But at a 600 point difference things will just jump out at you in their play and I think it’s good to focus on those bc those are the biggest weaknesses if you just instantly see a terrible move and they don’t see it. Also I took a lesson with someone 600 or 700 higher than me and it was a whole different level so I wouldn’t have to have a 2000 coach to teach me. If I said no one 700 points above me could teach me anything that would be totally ignorant and make no sense lol. It’s not sparring sparring is mutual feedback I dont want feedback from someone I can beat 97 games out of a hundred
