Best place to hire a chess coach?

I'm looking to get to 1000 but for time's sake, I'd rather have someone tell me exactly what to do than sift through lessons myself. I usually get lost in the weeds and want to focus my time on just playing/practicing/studying specifics. Right now the amount of time I'm practicing and studying would be much better utilized if I had better directions. Thanks for the recommendations!
