as a chess player having a rough 1450 - 1500 ELO FIDE on the board, I'm trying to understand how much it is important for me the concept of "visualization". I don't want to waste my time, money, energy, on something that - at my level - is not going to be a priority to improve my play.
At my ELO level, is "visualization" a key aspect to improve? Is it a key factor, or I'm still behind, and so I better focus on endgames, calculation, solving puzzles, etc?
Is therefore "recommended" that I add such "visualization" as a key component of my "weekly" chess training program?

Thanks!
