Lessons don't have videos anymore?

I haven't completed any chess lessons in a little while, but I started to do them again and I noticed that the video that usually plays before you start the challenges doesn't appear anymore and goes straight into the challenges. Is that normal? Did I somehow turn off the pre videos somehow?

Not all lessons have video - especially "older" lessons.

The same is happening to me actually, did they deactivated the videos in the app? That would be awful. On the website they still work.

Ive noticed this, for lessons that definitely had video demonstrations before lessons now don't have

There's no video when you first open it, but once you start doing tasks you can see the button "video lesson" where you can still see that video. Not sure why was this poor design choice implemented.

I cant see any button for video-lessons, where exactly is that button? please explain

Instead of autoplay, like it did a few months ago, it now has an "explainer video" button on the right side near the top (under the big green "start" button, I do the lessons on PC so I don't know what the mobile experience looks like).

Yeah on the phone app there is no video at all sad.png

For the last few months I can't watch the video-lessons anymore on my smartphone via the app. They are locked, although I have a Gold-membership. On the PC I can still watch te videos, but it is way more convenient for me to see them on my smartphone via the app, because then I can watch them everywhere, not just in the room where my PC is. Please fix this chess.com!
