premium membership but no unlimited lessons?

I am getting messages that I have reached the maximum number of lessons for this week. I have completed maybe four. I am a Platinum member since 2021 and understand I am supposed to have unlimited access to lessons. This isn’t the first time to receive this message. Is there any customer support available?

Hi Sadge65,

I had a similar issue with puzzles. I was a Gold member, and despite my profile showing "unlimited puzzles," I received the same error message after 25 puzzles.


This might be because the features of memberships have recently changed. Please update the conditions and check your membership details. It’s possible that a bug is causing this issue, perhaps due to not having the latest version of the app or needing to accept the new membership terms to regain access.

If the problem persists, please report it here. The support team will address your issue within 24-72 hours, and you should be able to continue playing without problems.
