The daily chess tasks combined with live 60 min lessons once per week

The success of a coach can easily be measured by the achievements of their students. For instance, I have coached 14 Irish and 2 British junior chess champions, along with two of the youngest FIDE masters in Ireland, aged 13 and 16—one boy and one girl.

A good coach must maintain daily contact with their students, monitor their progress, provide personalized learning plans, and be there to support them during difficult times. A coach is not just someone who gives lessons; they also serve as a role model.
