I agree with tonydal.
Computer programs have some involved algorithms (I dont know about them) which take computers much more time (at their blazing speed) than humans...(Deep Blue with its numerous processors and huge memory can only meet the speed of a ranked player) so totally useless to us.
Hey everyone, so ive been hearing that there is a mathematical approach to solving chess. I've looked online a bit and havnt really found much. So I was hoping that maybe someone can shed some light on this matter. If there really is a mathematical method, is it time efficient. And if so can someone drop some knowledge as to how i may accomplish this interesting approach.
