Extremely annoying error

Hi, I've been using Chess Mentor quite frequently and usually I am extremely satisfied with the service, however at the moment it is a different story. I use the sequential option, and I have hit the course by IM Jeremy Silman and NM Mike Arne. I don't know if they ran out of material and wanted to extend their course so they just started repeating themselves or whether it is a glitch in the system, but the past 50 lessons I've done are all dead repeats of lessons I have already done. There is the occasional exception as shown below, but the vast majority are repeats. Here is a list of my last 20 lessons:

As you can see, names continually pop up again and again and again. Skipping lessons does not solve this issue, and for some reason my browser will not allow me to get into the advanced options and take this course out of my study.

Is this a glitch, and if so can it please be fixed as soon as possible? If it is not a glitch, then I apologize, and I think Silman and Arne may need a lesson themselves...in how to write a course.

there are lots of similar practice ones in those courses. 

which browser are you using that doesn't let you do advanced options? what is the problem?

Right, I believe the authors of this course intentionally added in repeated lessons so that the student gets extra practice with the critical themes.

Yes, I have this problem too, kinda annoying going through all the lessons when you have already done them.
