Not sure- it works fine on my computer. Maybe you should contact Chess.com support and help.

Which web browser are you using? You should make sure to update to the latest version of which ever web browser you choose to use. Also, you might occasionally try to clear your web browser cache as this should help to make the website operate smoother for you.
