Find a local chess club. If you need serious tutoring you will most likely have to pay out of pocket. For your rating level I would recommend Chessmaster Grandmaster Ediion for its very thorough training course. If you have a friends who play chess and are good and seek their help.

I need some help on improving my game, but how? I also would like to play someone from our team (Christian Chess Players). I'm not a member, so I can't do Chess Mentor forever. Any suggestions? I'm open to all!
