He choose a way in chess. To use engine at critical moments!! He was caught so he failed!!

I can't believe Chess.com would feature him in news articles, as though nothing happened. I am not interested in anything he has to say.

So can anyone adress the elephant in the room? Here is my problem with mr Niemann. He has not played anything near what he did in Zagreb, he goes to a New tournament and he is not playing anything near his accuracy in Zagreb. How Come? What is that all about? His tournament i Zagreb he scored the highest live rating in 2023 of all players? This i find very strange. He is not a top 10 gm. He is not even rated 2700. Something is very fishy about this situation. I do not believe niemann is a chess prodigy. Not at all.

As I understand it real chess is governed by FIDE and online chess, in effect, by chess.com. But regardless of how chess.com, that is a commercial enterprise, choses to go about it´s business I think FIDE ought to react if a GM (or any chess player) cheats or has cheated in events arranged by another entity. It´s still about chess and the integrity of the game.
