Youtube Lawyer Suggests Alternative to Hans' Lawsuit

Magnus will crush Hans. No doubt that Magnus is a better player than Hans.

Not absolutely necessarily - remember Hans is only 19 and suffers from tilt, I'm really not convinced personally that we have seen his maximum potential yet.

Here's a hypothetical scenario: Say they did play the proposed event, and Magnus won, but Hans played well.
Would that exonerate Hans? Would it heal Hans' reputation?
Would it heal or harm Magnus' reputation?

Hans Nieman chances of winning is low. Spectators will expect Hans to win and exonerate himself. Imagine how disastrous it will be for him when he lose (which is the most likely outcome).

What the YouTube Lawyer suggested is not going to work well here, because Hans and Magnus are not equally rated and there is very little doubt about who the better player is between the both them.

I also believe we haven't seen Hans maximum potential.

Carlsen will not play Hans. He would only sneakily watches Hans playing if they play at the same tournament.
