@checkmator11111 3.Ke1 is a blunder. you need to play 3.Ke3!!
if you want to lose analysis says -8.6 or something

People who always advance their king to the center (not in king of the hill) in the opening will lose every time (post #60)
How about 1.d4, d5, 2Kd2?!
according to wikibook, that is WORST than bongcloud
I totally agree with your username
This is one of my favorite surprise openings I have used. I have had quite a bit of success with it. Does anybody else play this opening?
Maybe we can work out a little theory in this line with a good discussion.
This is okay, as it can prevent fool's mate. However, the king can no longer castle.
1. e4 e5 2. Ke2 is just played as a joke to beat much weaker players with style and it's not worth your time to learn beyond that. Just playing a normal game and opening the center with ...d5 at a good time will easily give you a much better game.
Try this, I found this opening (a more disrespectful opening which is the Mega Bongcloud which triples your disrespect (This is a puzzle)
Hint: You switch the places of king and queen Black has fully finished development while White can't castle and both his knights are blocked from moving to their key squares which are c3 and f3
Latest theory:
1. e4 e5 2. Ke2 ? -+
