The position you're aiming for long term matters much more than this. Otherwise the moves only differ in how they handle sidelines... which just aren't the most critical. The better question would be... what's better - the slav, the QGD, the semi-slav, the KID, the Grunfeld, the benko, the tarrasch, the semi-tarrasch, blah blahdiblah blah. And then... how should I reach the position?
