c3 i think is called the saragossa. But honestly, 1.c3 can lead to transpositions. for example. 1.c3 c5 2.e4 [c3 sicilian], or also to Colle system type set ups aswell as Kings indian attack. I wont give the transpositions as i suppose there are many ways to get them.

I have heard that I use the English opening. c3. Is this correct?
