Have I blown it already?

So I am playing my cell phone here, and here's my position.  UNderstand that I don't consider myself a strong player, nor do I know many named openings.  I did not think I was doing too badly, but I have saved the game at this position and seem unable to make a successful foray from this point.

I thought I would be able to capitalize on the fact that black's white bishop is essentially trapped, but have been unable to do so.

Any advice on how to proceed from here is appreciated, and/or advise on where I have blown it.

Thanks,

Dan

If I was playing (this is not based on skill but personal preference) I would make the c-pawn push as soon as possible, and try to open up the queenside because I think that you can get into the open files faster than black.

I am no where near an expert, but this is what I think I would do.

I am considering playing for a kingside attack since black hasn't done anything except put their pieces in awkward places. I would say move the knight on f3 and use the f-pawn as a wedge to try and pry open the center of black's position before black gets castled, or if nothing else, you can use the space advantage you would get to take your time to build up an attack on the king.
