You suck at chess. Truth hurts. Don't like it? Go somewhere else. Earth revolves around the sun, the only star in our solar system, it doesn't revolve around you.
You can't say "truth hurts" as an excuse to be a jerk.
The truth only hurts if you make it hurt. There are better ways to tell people they aren't good at something than making them never want to abandon it forever and even hear about it again for as long as they live, which is what Ben does to most people. Ben, and people like you, are clearly the ones who think the world revolves around you, if you think that talking to anyone like that is acceptable. 🤷🏻♂️
You're still still playing chess. So apparently truth hurts didn't cause you to quit. The moment it does. That's when you say something about it and make sure the world knows where it hurts you on the doll.
Until you yourself quit chess forever, which is what you're indicating here, then you're attempting to speak for others which is an assumption that you're making about statistical evidence which you lack. I'd sure be interested in it. Until then, you're assuming and assumptions like this are a fallacy and also one factor that's driving people apart from one another.
If you find him funny, great. If not, there's a video course you can buy from him. Every single chess personality is boring compared to Ben, because they're not comedians.
Here's a theory. If people learn better when they're happy and laughing, wouldn't that mean if those that find Ben the funniest of all chess personalities would learn the most from him and Ben is doing more to improve the sport than you?
What about trash talking in games? Did you ever play any game or sport ever where your opponent trash talked you? Didn't that make you want to perform better and crush them or prove to them that they're wrong?
