I really hate to play versus Jobava London, could someone recommend me some relatively easy set-up for black?

Probably the simplest is (your move order may vary) 1. d4 Nf6 2. Nc3 d5 3. Bf4 c5 4. e3 cxd4 5. exd4 a6, when at 2000+ in the Lichess database, every 6th move for White is scoring at over 50% for Black.

4. dxc4 does not fly in view of 4...d4 forcing 5. Nb1, so the only way White can vary is 4. e4, where there are a number of lines that are fine for Black, easiest is 4...Nxe4 5. Nxe4 dxe4 6. dxc5 Qxd1+ 7. Rxd1 Bd7, when the engine gives a small plus to Black. If you don't like that, 6...Nd7 and 6...Qa5 are also equal, as is 4...cxd4.

Underated opening

play a6 on move 3 rather than e6, then aim for an early c5
