I might be misinterpreting your question but if you want something. like MCO-15, why don't you use any word processor that can create tables or any spreadsheet program?
Program for creating an opening tree

Chessbase is able to create and edit .ctg format trees from a database of games. For example, you have a database with all of Carlsen's games, and Chessbase compiles this database into a tree that shows Carlsen's opening preference and results.
This function is not purported to create opening repertoires, though. I don't think they have a UI for move-by-move entries.
If you're looking to digitize your opening repertoire, conventional .pgn files are probably better suited. It's easier to attach your thoughts and comments in PGN's.
Well the point is I want the computer to be able to show the moves when I click on each line. The problem with the PGN viewers I’ve found is they all seem to record notation lines and comments left to right like in a book and not top to bottom which makes much more sense and is less confusing when you have multiple sub variations

Top-to-bottom formatting (aka the scoresheet format) is NOT a good idea for large numbers of variations. It's the opposite of efficient use of space. Instead you can choose to display PGN's in ECO format in Chessbase, which is a bit more compact and much more readable than the scoresheet format. See below:

I have my repertoire in pgn format. It are single games for each separate opening lines. I'm looking for an easy way to remove the lines I don't want in my repertoire. I can use the option reference, and delete the lines I don't want. But than I remove the complete games. I only want to remove the game continuations I don't want. Maybe I can use this table view for this? Than I probably need to have my complete repertoire in one big merged game?
