The Crab Opening

I want everyone's opinion on this set of opening moves for claiming greater control of the board

Depends on the defense, if they take center control, and can do something with it, then your castled positions are already compromised imo

It’s really good, IF, as illustrated, there are no black pieces. If, however, there are any black pieces at all, even just one pawn, that crab opening is the worse.

Maybe try the rattle snake opening, where b and g pawns are moved, so it resembles more of a fang sort of look, then you can fianchetto on both sides (the bishops would be the venom)

Incredible, the crab opening is so powerful that, upon playing it, it immediately vaporizes all of your opponents pieces. Interesting...

This is the sort of comment that should be embroidered on all sofa pillows!

Waste of time which violates simple opening strategies!

Interestingly, in the film "Pawn Sacrifice," the Bobby Fischer character is shown experimenting with 1. P-KR4.  A sure sign of madness.

I don't know guys, I've been doing this on both sides and somehow it works

Don't forget the King Crab, this is for advanced crab players though

You are wrong, that's the Jellyfish Opening.

It stings.

Stinks, I mean.

I like the opening e4 because using this we can have much chances to win the match but also d4 is a good opening
