I might sound crazy, but for the couple years that I’ve played chess, my go-to opening is the Grob. It was the first one I ever played when I started a while back, and I just kept building off of it. I’ve seen hundreds of positions from the Grob. Since it’s very rare to be played, it catches my opponent off guard as deliver my fast, fatal blow.

Play some unusual openings like Dutch, Bird, English, Evan’s gambit can confuse your opponent
Ideally my #1 opening would be whatever is the worst opening for my opponent at that particular time. Be like water my friends.
