Hey GM154 don't worry about the rating. Weather your rating is 790 or like our other two entrants 1700-1800 your eligable for the tournament. So far with you we have three players entered and myself four. That leaves us with 12 available spots remaining.

Once all 16 players are in I will pair every one off. You will play your oponent once as white and once as black. The time settings will be 1 day. Calculating scores will be as follows, 1 point for a win, 0 for a loss and .5 for a draw. Once we are down to eight players I will again pair every one off.

Hello everyone. I am attempting as many have before me to create a tournament. It will be a single elimination tournament with 16 players competing. Sorry to say though this tournament is just for fun and there are no prizes being given out. The first 16 people to type in this topic that they would like enter are in. When the 16 that are entered I will pair everyone up with one another. The entrants will then challenge one another with a 1 game time setting. After the match is completed I will ask that the match winner posts the match. For players that would like to enter simply type here that you would like to and include your rating on this site.
