You think that's embarrassing? check this out- 1 have been up 165something in rating and got mated in less than 15 by a guy at 133something all because the game was slow and i'd forgot my "original plan" and "defence",

One thing i've come to realise is that it is not embarrassment when a lower rating beats you in a game, it's more like an under-rating or should i say under-estimating the other person 'cos that person may just be starting their climb up.

coz i triped up these stairs the other day... was pretty embaressing... i was like yeah i ment to do that... it all worked out though when some spunky guy helped me up. i should trip up stairs more often!!!

I missed a free Queen a few days ago! (The game is still going, and I still have my Queen as well, so I'm not that bad off).
In a recent game that i was playing with a much lower rating, I must have been half asleep to drop my queen in line of fire (needless to say, I lost it), so embarrassed i could only 'lie' that my girlfriend played that move (when the opponent ask what 'the heck' I had just played). I still won tho.
Holy Hannah. I'm trying to remember what had me in such a foul mood all those months ago.
My embarrassing moment? Posting in a thread whilst drunk and clearly upset about something completely unrelated.
