Magnus is better at classical while hikaru is fast paced.
It depends on the time control. Carlsen is WAY better if it is something like classical or rapid, and hikaru tends to be better in faster time controls like blitz or bullet

Carlsen and Nakamura are the same generation. Nakamura is only 3 years older.
Hans Niemann will be better than both of them if he keeps working at it for many many years.

Carlson
Carlsen was one of the greatest players of all time, but his time is over. He is semi-retired, he'll probably never play in another serious tournament.
Nakamura is a miracle that he was able to regain his peak strength at the age of 36 and become number 2 again, totally out of the blue. But time is not on his side. The future belongs to the youngsters, a lot of guys around 20 are in the elite already.
