The only thing i would like to see is some way to claim a draw in live chess when it is clear your opponent is just trying to run you out of time in a dead draw position . It has happened to me 3 times in the last couple of days, it is a cheap way to win a game.

Solution: Don't play blitz or bullet.
If you want to play "real" chess, play long or correspondence.
I do play real chess, i have played OTB for 35 years and i play long games, you can say what you want but when you run a guy out of time in a dead drawn position just to get a win to me it says something about you as a person. To me to get a win that way just proves you are an idiot.
That is pretty cheap; I guess if you can get a threefold repetition you can force a draw.
