Arthur Bisguier passed away in 2017, age 87. In his prime he won the US Junior Championship, US Open, The US Championship, and played on 5 Olympic team. The reason that his rating went to so low was because he continued to play and enjoy tournament chess well into his 80's, long after his strength began to decline. He loved chess and didn't give a damn about his rating

Which is the grandmaster you know that has the lowest rating? I know GM Sriram jha 2410 from India. Is he the lowest or is there someone somewhere. Just for educational purposes only not to offend anyone.
