Have any of you played a guy by the name Gamesguru? Not too long ago, his account was banned, just because Chess.com suspected him of using an engine.
I myself know this person well, and am wondering, does Chess.com have the right to ban a user off their site, just because they think the person is using an engine? What if they are not? (Gamesguru didn't... hes a friend of mine)
Also, after being banned, is it possible to reover that account?
