Work on your tactics.
Chess Mentor and Tactics Trainer are good tools for this, and, if you can find it, "Winning Chess: How to Look Three Moves Ahead" by Chernev and Reinfield can help you identify basic tactical patterns and formulate basic plans using these patterns.
Some of what you are experiencing is simply that you must think out the possibilities of each move, and see what your opponent's best move would be. Do this for all your moves, and for all the moves you expect to arise from your moves. This should help you gain "foresight" in Chess, it worked for me, at least.
when I play chess all my "plans" are short sighted( 1 or 2 moves ahead) and can be easly notaced please help!!!!
