some people just take to long like most of the people are slow or they have to go do something . and then they  want to blame it on me saying why hav'n you gone and it it be they turn.

huh? you can't really blame your opponent for taking too long if you agreed pre-game to set time controls. I don't understand the "them blaming you" part-you're saying they tell you to move on their turn!? that makes no sense! lol.
