whats his name
The Backyard Professor
Yereslov is better than anyone though don't forget.
If he makes errors it's just because he's not trying.
@gnuvince - The chances that you can hold a candle to me at writing computer code is miniscule and I am always willing to bet. I will give you a large advantage in the bet.
Well then, you should understand that if there's no need to get your panties in a bunch about people using regular expressions to parse XML documents, using floating point numbers to represent currencies, or using JavaScript to validate web forms, then there's no point in being upset about one man doing videos on chess on Youtube that have an average of 200 viewers.
By the way, link to your github repo?
What the heck are you talking about? Because someone doesn't use best practices in coding that has anything to do with Kerry Shirts putting up stupid videos? You see a connection between those?
Anyway, you want to take the bet? Large advantage coming your way....
The connection is you: do you get upset if you see bad coding advice on a blog? If you don't then what's the problem with the Backward Professor?
Here he is in all his glory:

I looked him up, and got no results. Is the middle name required?

That's a direct link. Does it not work for you?
This guy calls himself the "Backyard Professor" and then in the video says he's a beginner. What's wrong with this idiot?
Since when is chess required to obtain a Ph.D in backyardery? Seriously, it's just a nickname his wife gave to him, ease up mate, nobody's forcing you to watch his videos if you don't want to.
Nice photo, Vince. Did you win something at the County Fair?
Why didn't you just put in Shirts then as I said immediately after your post.
Didn't see it. My computer runs about the way he plays chess.
Ah yes, http://main.uschess.org/component/option,com_wrapper/Itemid,181/
