What should a 13 year olds rating be?

I’ve been played chess first at 7 for about three weeks. I got bored, and came back here like 3 years ago. I haven’t been playing seriously ever and I’ve been playing on and off. Does anyone think I could become better and become good enough to be titled, or at least 1500+ in all ratings, excluding daily and all 960. I think I could if I played more, but what do you think?

So if I understand correctly, you have been playing casually the whole time?

Does anything about playing chess excite you? When you figure out a combination, do you feel good?

Have you ever tried to serious study a book or course teaching you the secrets of chess? Are you a good student?

I have been playing casually the whole time, I have played in a few tournaments here but none in real life.

I enjoy playing chess because I like to win and I like to see my rating improve, and I like to be better than my friends who also play chess.

When I figure out a combination, or even just the best move in a hard position, I feel amazing.

I have never really tried to study a serious book about chess, just some for learning basic ideas and tactics.

If a topic interests me, I am a great student. I haven’t really look for any coach really though, free or not.
