I think if I skip U skip the algrebic notation should be:

eg:

then the game continues blah.........................

blah blah blah the game is non completing..............

134.p??                                                    Ra5+

and the game continues blah-ing...........................

157.p??                                                    p2??/R=0-1(if two players pass not because of zugzwang, the one who starts the pass lose)

And the game continues......................................

194.zugzw(?)!!                                         zugzw(?)!!/R=1/2

1/2-1/2(If two players pass due to zugzwang, draws)

Maybe no passing after your opponent does so
