Most Instructive Chess Streamers

Most of the chess streamers are players of different ratings and skill levels who play blitz while listening to music.

I know this is entertaining to watch, but can anyone recommend and help me find chess streamers and broadcasts that are more instructional?

Going over games or doing puzzles or discussing thought process or anything like that would be cool.

Thanks.

Definitely Hikaru because he explains most of his moves unless he is looking at chat or listening to music. A lot of the time he explains though. And it’s obviously good instruction because he’s an insanely good player

Thanks, so are all the streamers just playing blitz mostly? Surely there are some people purely analyzing games or teaching?

Naroditsky is the best instructional streamer. But if you are looking for advice on any type of opening, type that opening + speedrun into youtube search bar and just see what's up and learn from that.

Thanks, I'll check out Nakamura and Naroditsky.
